By accessing or using the MySunless CRM platform (“Service”) operated by Sjolie Inc (“MySunless,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
MySunless is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for spray tan and beauty businesses. The Service includes appointment scheduling, client management, messaging, email communications, payment processing, and integrations with third-party services such as Google (Gmail and Google Calendar), Square, and Twilio.
To use MySunless, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at help@mysunless.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
MySunless offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
You agree to use MySunless only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
You retain ownership of all data you enter into MySunless, including client records, appointment data, and communications. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide and improve the Service. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
MySunless integrates with third-party services including Google (Gmail and Calendar), Square, and Twilio. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies. When you connect your Google account, you authorize MySunless to send emails on your behalf and sync calendar events as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect these integrations at any time from your account settings.
The MySunless platform, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Sjolie Inc and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes during your active subscription.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MySunless and Sjolie Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at help@mysunless.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
